How do I request a refund on a Rejected Request?

Click on the REQ ID.
Click Request Refund.
Make sure you have check marked the disclaimer box and then click Request Refund.
A confirmation screen will appear and look like this.
If no action is taken for 30 days, the Request will be canceled and the HIPPA Compliant Digital Delivery fee will be forfeited.
